Many Formula One fans on Twitter will be aware of @charlie_whiting, who tweets as the 'Fake Charlie Whiting'. The Canadian, real name Mark McArdle, has now been invited by the real race director himself to his home Grand Prix next weekend in Montreal.

Hirvonen testing shunt (nearly literally) caught on camera
Mikko Hirvonen and Citroen were preparing for Rally New Zealand with a test in Italy yesterday, when the Finnish driver got it slightly wrong. Someone caught it all unfold on camera right in front of them.
